Beijing Zhong An Zhi Huan Certification Center Co., Ltd. was established in 1994, with its predecessor being the 8.1 Quality System Certification Center, a public institution under the General Logistics Department of the People's Liberation Army of China. The approval number issued by CNCA is: CNCA-R-2002-028. It is one of the 39 institutions worldwide that have obtained IATF 16949 accreditation, and only two institutions in China have obtained this accreditation.

The business scope covers more than 50 management system and product certifications, including IATF 16949/QMS/EMS/OHSMS/ISO27001/ISO20000, Energy Management System, Intellectual Property Management System, Food Safety Management System, etc. Over the past 30 years, it has provided certification services for more than 50,000 enterprises and institutions, and the number of certified organizations ranks in the forefront among domestic certification bodies.
